Refund Policy

The lamp return policy applies in the following cases: if the lamp was damaged during shipping or transportation, or if there was a manufacturing defect that occurred during the production process. In other cases, when the customer is not satisfied with the received product, they must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the return request is not made within 48 hours, the item cannot be returned.
